Currently a Senior Developer Advocate at Postman, where I previously served as Engineering Manager in Labs, the R&D arm of the company. I've driven several key initiatives from conception to launch, including GA releases of Postbot (Postman's AI Assistant), Postman Flows, gRPC, and GraphQL.
My approach combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise. I work closely with Product and Design to create and execute OKRs, coordinate complex initiatives across teams, and ensure transparent documentation of our work. I've led the AI initiative in Labs, conducting comprehensive research to guide our organizational readiness for AI integration.
